Hello, sorry its been so long since I have posted! I have been crazy busy with life! I have still been crafting when I have had time, but have'nt done as much as I would have liked to. However the next few weeks I will have to be taking it easy, so I am counting on getting alot done in my craft room :) This photo is of a quick card I made for a co-worker's B-day! It was fast and simple, but I thought it turned out kind of cute.

My Pink Stamper Design Team Challenge
I decided to submit a project for a chance to win a spot on a design team of mypinkstamper.com. Robyn is going to pick two people to join her design team for six months! How awesome would that be to be a part of a team doing something I LOVE! The goal was to design a card, scrapbook page, or another project using the Cricut! I chose to make a birthday card. The other stipulation was to use her favorite colors pink, green, brown, and I could chose a color of my own also. I chose two shades of purple (my favorite color)! So please wish me and my cricut good luck as we submit our card! :)
My Recipe:
card is 5 & 1/2 by 4 1/4 on purple cardstock - used a cuttlebug A2 folder with butterflies from the "once upon a princess" 4 pack.
flower ribbon was just something I had in a drawer
Happy Birthday stamp was from a fiskars birthday stamp. Ink was chocolate brown by Crystal Ink, and was stamped on a 3 1/2 by 1 3/4 piece of dark purple cardstock
both butterflies were cut with the "create a critter" cart. I used green, pink and brown cardstock, and I used green and pink glitter glue to dress them up. I also used pop dots to make them pop out!
large butterfly was cut at 3" I wanted to add some texture to it so I used a cuttlebug folder "D'vine Swirl" and ran it through my texturizer on the wings only, and I also added some gems to bling it up a bit!
small butterfly was cut at 1 & 3/4

Here are the two Christmas cards that I made this year to send to my family and friends. However, I spent a lot of time working on them and I totally forgot to mail them out! :( Oh well, I guess I am ahead of schedule for next year, right?.....
I just used some card stock and ribbon that I had at home some glitter glue, and my sizzix texture boutique with A2 large folder by sizzix "Phrases, Merry Christmas" Trees and reindeer were cut with cricut cart. "paper doll dress up"
Happy 2011!
Happy New Year, I hope 2011 is great for everyone!
So happy to be starting my first blog! I just love crafting, so I thought I might enjoy sharing my work with everyone-hope you will enjoy it also! I love to scrap booking, card making, making jewelry and many other crafts! This year for Christmas I was given a Gypsy and I am really excited to start creating with it! I am considering submitting a project to My Pink Stamper.com, the deadline is Wed. for the two openings on her design team for six months....how cool would that be? I will need to hurry and decide seeing how the deadline is tomorrow! Hope you enjoy my blog!
Happy New Year,
Stacy
